Returns Policy

We hope you loved your purchases but if for some reason you wish to return an order your item(s) may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.


Please note that your item(s) is only eligible for return packaging material and tags are included with return and tags have not been removed. The item(s) must be returned in new, unworn condition, any soiled returns will not be accepted.


Violet Rose do not offer a returns policy on the following items:

Fragrance, Cosmetics, Lingerie, Furniture, Wellbeing items, Masks, or Jewellery. Should the item(s) have a genuine manufacturing fault a refund will be given.


Violet Rose do not offer exchanges for orders placed online. Please return your item(s) by post or in store and place a new order.



Returning your item(s)

You can download our returns form here. Please make sure your order number is included on your returns slip as we cannot process your return and refund without it. If you do are unable to print the returns slip, please include a letter with your return containing the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Address
  • Email address
  • Daytime telephone number
  • What you are returning and why

The cost of postage and packaging will be your responsibility unless the goods are faulty or an error has been made on our part. The responsibility of the parcel is yours until it reaches us at Violet Rose and we recommend that you use a secure and tracked service if possible.


Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 1-2 working days of receiving your return and will be issued to the original payment method used when you made your purchase. We are not able to refund any postage charges unless your item is faulty or damaged.


Faulty/Incorrect Goods
At Violet Rose we try hard to ensure that our orders are correct and fault free but occasionally there may be an error or manufacturer fault and the item(s) will need to be returned. In this case please return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your parcel. If the item(s) are proven to be incorrect or faulty we will offer a replacement, subject to stock availability, or we will provide a full refund including delivery costs.
