UK Next Day Delivery

£9.95 for all next day orders

Delivery guaranteed next day if ordered before 4pm Monday-Friday (some Islands and Scottish Highlands may take slightly longer)

Free collection is available from our shop (6-8 Market Pl., Southwell, NG25 0HE). If you wish to collect your items from the store please contact us by phone (01623 870879) or email to arrange a convenient collection time.

Europe & Rest of World Delivery

£12.96 for orders to Europe

Allow 3-7 working days for Europe delivery (however this may take slightly longer as some international deliveries may be delayed due to local government restrictions).

£24.95 for orders to Rest of World

Allow 7-14 working days for Rest of World delivery (however this may take slightly longer as some international deliveries may be delayed due to local government restrictions).

Conditions of Delivery

If there is any delay dispatching your order e.g. an item in your order temporarily out of stock, we will contact you within 1 working day of your order being received.

Violet Rose are not responsible for any customs charges or import duties which may be requested in order for your package to be delivered to you.

Violet Rose also reserve the right to cancel international orders should we feel that there is a risk of the order not being delivered due to extenuating circumstances e.g. war, postal strikes etc. However, these circumstances are extremely rare and should an issue arise we will contact you within 1 working day of receiving your order.
